Duties to include but not limited to:

 

 -Repair, install and adjust

 -Troubleshoot and solve screw machine process conditions to prevent non-conformance.

 -Perform routine preventative maintenance.

 -Cross train with maintenance on screw machines to further gain technical knowledge in the processes.

 -Respond to machine/building repair requests in a timely fashion.

 -Demonstrated ability to resolve maintenance/manufacturing requirements both thru management direction  

   and independent thinking.      

 -Ability to read percussion-measuring tools.

 -Personal tools required.

 -Must be willing to work a flexible schedule at times.  Some nights and weekends may be necessary.     

 -Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

 -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

 -Ability to stand for long periods.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in repairing manufacturing machinery.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, Manual Milling, Manual Lathe, and Electrical Experience.

Comfortable using various computer systems.  Organizational skills a must.
